Same Day Despatch and Delivery Timescales
All orders received before 3pm are despatched the same working day (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Whilst all our chosen carriers aim to deliver within the timescales quoted below, none of these delivery estimates are guaranteed. This is due to factors that are beyond our control such as bad weather and road traffic accidents. If you're in any doubt regarding whether your delivery will arrive on time then please contact us prior to placing your order to avoid disappointment.

We offer a range of delivery services to Mainland UK addresses as detailed in the table below. Parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, Tuffnells and Palletways depending upon the size and weight of the product ordered.
