Delivery information

The COVID-19 situation is not affecting deliveries and we continue to operate as normal on a reduced number of essential staff. Emails and phone calls are being dealt with as usual. We will update our website if the situation changes. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

Same Day Despatch and Delivery Timescales

Where possible we aim to despatch all orders received before 12pm the same working day (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 12pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Some products, such as our customisable promotional stands, cannot be despatched immediately if they are built to order or require custom printing. Lead time for these items is indicated on the respective product page.

Whilst all our chosen carriers aim to deliver within the timescales quoted below, none of these delivery estimates are guaranteed. This is due to factors that are beyond our control such as bad weather and road traffic accidents. If you're in any doubt regarding whether your delivery will arrive on time then please contact us prior to placing your order to avoid disappointment.

Free delivery

We are currently offering free delivery to mainland UK addresses for all orders with a basket value of over £150 including VAT. In addition to this we generally offer a selection of products with free delivery irrespective of basket value. You can find the current products on our Free Delivery Offers page.

Mainland UK Delivery

We offer a range of delivery services to Mainland UK addresses as detailed in the table below. Parcels are shipped using a variety of couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, TNT, Tuffnells and Palletways depending upon the size, weight and shape of the product ordered.
